Hi, I’m Dr. Tyler Immel-Herron. I provide active care for active people. As a master swimmer and golf enthusiast, I understand the importance of staying in motion. I focus on shoulder injury recovery and concussion management, helping you get back to the activities you love — safely and confidently.
Not at all. While adjustments can be helpful, my approach combines hands-on techniques like soft tissue therapy with movement-based strategies and exercises tailored to your goals. It’s about long-term results, not just quick fixes.
Definitely not. Many active people come in to stay ahead of injury, improve mobility, and move more efficiently. Whether you’re chasing a PR, playing pick-up sports, or just trying to keep up with your kids, proactive care keeps you in the game.
Nope. This isn’t about endless appointments. The plan is to get you moving better, feeling better, and back to doing your thing — with the tools to stay there. You’ll always have support if you need it, but care is based on progress, not dependency.

A: I take an active, individualized approach that combines hands-on techniques with movement-based care. My goal is to help you move better, feel stronger, and get back to doing the things you love — whether that’s sports, the gym, or just staying active day-to-day.
Q: What kinds of treatments do you offer?
A: Depending on your needs, a session might include spinal adjustments, soft tissue therapy (like myofascial release, instrument-assisted techniques, cupping), shockwave or laser therapy, athletic taping, and exercise prescription. Everything is tailored to your specific goals and how you move.
Q: Do you only work with athletes?
A: Not at all — while I have a background in high-level sports and love working with athletes, I also help weekend warriors and active individuals stay injury-free and moving well. If you value your health and like to stay active, you’re in the right place.
Q: Do I need to be injured to see you?
A: Nope. A lot of people come in before things become a bigger issue — whether it’s to improve mobility, optimize movement, or stay on top of small aches before they turn into setbacks. I believe in proactive care that supports your performance and lifestyle.
Q: What can I expect during a first visit?
A: We’ll start with a detailed assessment — including your goals, movement patterns, and any areas of concern. From there, we’ll build a plan that may include hands-on care, exercise, and strategies you can take home to support your progress. You’ll leave with a clear game plan.
